Clergy, Staff, & Families Retreat

This retreat is specifically for the clergy, staff, and families who serve in ministry in the Pacific Northwest Conference. Designed to rejuvenate and uplift those who give so much to the church, there is plenty of time for activities, fellowship, and relaxation. Be blessed by worship through song and messages. Come to reconnect with other friends in ministry, come to play in God’s creation, come to be filled up!

How to Register

Registration is a two-step process. 1) Register for the retreat through the Pacific Northwest Conference, and 2) register for lodging/meals through Cascades.

Step 1: Register for the retreat through the Pacific Northwest Conference

• Click here to be directed to the Ministerial Association page, where you can register for the retreat through the conference.
• If you are a day guest attending Tuesday only, finish your registration now.
• If you are attending the full retreat, proceed to step 2.

Step 2: Register for lodging and meals at Cascades

• Go to cascades.org/register.
• Log in or create a new account.
• Select “Family Camps & Retreats.”
• Select “Clergy, Staff, and Family Retreat.”
• Enter your information.
  • In the “Cabinmate Request” field, enter any lodging comments or requests.
  • After the review page, you will enter others in your family by clicking on “Add Camper.”
• Pay your balance.
  • In order to make this retreat more accessible, we are capping the total price for families at $450. We will refund the remaining balance (beyond the initial $450) after registration is complete.
• You’ll receive an immediate email confirming that your payment was successful.
